Last weekend, one of the jewels adorning Cinderella Castle for Magic Kingdom’s 50th anniversary fell off, revealing a command strip beneath it. Disney has now replaced the jewel, restoring the castle’s birthday look.
The missing jewel was on a turret on the west side.
Hopefully, the jewel was more secured this time around.
This was actually the first piece of bunting visible from Main Street, U.S.A.
The 50th anniversary is on October 1, 2021, which is when “The World’s Most Magical Celebration” will kick off.

It doesn’t even look like a jewel. It just looks like a lump of blue plastic. Is this really the best Disney could do?
Wow!!! Why do we have to except gold to be placed on a building just because we pay to be entertained 🙃it’s just absolutely amazing we have to start seeing the world for what it is.
