Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel has opened at Disneyland Paris. Guests now experience and appreciate Marvel artwork while relaxing at this art deco hotel. Speaking of relaxing, we spent some time relaxing in the Bleecker Street Lounge just off of the lobby, inspired by the real life clubs and bars on New York’s Bleecker Street.
This industrial-style lounge features exposed ducts, some Marvel artwork, and some mismatched furniture.
The menu has several pages of snacks and drinks.
Dr. Strange Pastry – €10
Crispy Puff Pastry, Vanilla Whipped Cream, Red Berries Compote, Meringue and Coconut
Being in France, the whipped cream is rich with a strong vanilla bean flavor. Once you break into the thin pastry, you hit the sweet berry center that is raspberry forward. There may be a hint of coconut flavor present. A solid dessert choice.
Carrot Cake Juice – €11
Carrot and Pineapple Juices, Greek Yogurt, Nuts, Cinnamon, Nutmeg
An odd and wacky non-alcoholic concoction that will satisfy any carrot cake fan. It basically tastes like a liquified version of the classic treat with chunks of nuts floating in it. The presentation is also adorable.
The Orange Ring Cocktail – €16
Otard VSOP Cognac, Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge, Orange Juice, Fresh Lemon Juice, Ginger Ale, Blood Orange Syrup
The only themed alcoholic cocktail on this menu, the Orange Ring Cocktail is as good as it looks. The drink has a hint of Orange flavor without too much alcohol taste. It’s not as thick as other Disneyland Paris cocktails, which is great. We highly recommend it.
