We continue our day of trying new Pride desserts around Walt Disney World by stopping by Amorette’s Patisserie in Disney Springs to snack on their new tropical Pride Month offering, the Paradise Pride Pastry.

Paradise Pride Pastry – $7

Salted Caramel Spiced Mousse, Coconut Mousse with Passion Fruit Center, and Whipped Passion Fruit Ganache

The Salted Caramel and Coconut flavors are mild in comparison to the Passion Fruit, which is very bold and takes over this pastry. We think this works really well though, with the other two flavors working alongside the strong Passion Fruit. 

All of the pieces individually of this dessert are delicious, with the flavors noticeable and balanced. Altogether they create a unique flavor experience that is delicious.

The whole dessert is very creamy, with the crispy pearls on top providing a bit of texture. The presentation is nice, with the rainbow heart on top providing a bit of lovely color. Edible glitter also goes a long way for us. Overall we would get this delicious pastry again.
