We are ready for a wild snack time, so we headed over to Restaurantosaurus in Disney’s Animal Kingdom to try their new Shake offering.
Pineapple Upside-Down Shake – $8.99
Vanilla Milk Shake with Pineapple-Caramel Sauce, Cake Crumb-coated Rim, Pineapple Wedge, Whipped Cream, and a Cherry.
This shake is exactly like drinking a pineapple upside-down cake – go figure!
The bottom pineapple mix is super sweet with pieces of pineapple included, but the vanilla helps mellow out the flavor.
The pie crust on the rim adds a soft and sugary texture and flavor.
Overall, we think this shake is a little heavy for a hot day in the park, but it is a decent dessert if you prefer something more sweet than rich.
