BREAKING: “Disney Very Merriest After Hours” Coming to Magic Kingdom to Replace Christmas Party in 2021

A new holiday event is coming to Magic Kingdom in November, as a replacement for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. “Disney Very Merriest After Hours” will debut on November 8 and take place select nights through December 21.

The special-ticketed event will be from 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM on select nights, with event guests able to enter at 7:00 PM. Guests will be able to enjoy “Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks”, Disney characters, holiday music and décor, special treats, and more. Holiday overlays will also return to some attractions.

A limited number of tickets will be available, as is standard with After Hours events, which boast lower wait times for some of the park’s most popular attractions. Tickets will go on sale in August, with an early purchase window available to guests of select Walt Disney World Resort hotels.

  1. Why is Disney World the only park refusing to bring back parades? Can’t be crowd control, look at the fireworks nights. It seems all other Parks including Universal are bringing them back.
