Hello from a very wet and story day at the Magic Kingdom! We strive to bring you the latest news from Walt Disney World, even if that means going out in the wind and rain. We found some things to show you today, so let’s get started!
Walls have been added to the framed archway of the reentry point of the illuminated canopy at TRON Lightcycle / Run. Up until this point this corner was open around the track.
Four more eagle vignettes have been removed from Prince Charming Regal Carrousel for refurbishment. While they are being worked on, their spots are filled with these flat printed images of them.
The ornament personalization table has been moved back inside Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe in Liberty Square. When the parks reopened last year, it had been moved outside of the shop in order to maintain a safe physical distance for the Cast Member working at the table.
Now that Casey’s Corner has reopened, the fan favorite Corn Dog Nuggets have been removed from the menu at Westward Ho Refreshments. They were made available at this location during Casey’s Corner extended closure.
On the Jungle Cruise, Trader Sam’s Gift Shop has been been revealed, having been covered in a camouflage tarp until today. This scene is not complete yet, but it’s exciting to see it begin. For more pictures and information, as well as a video of the scene, check out our article here.
A limited selection of the Apple Watch bands from the MaDe kiosk are now available in both sizes pre-made at Frontier Trading Post.
We found a collection of new Marvel open edition pins at The Emporium today. Our favorite was this extra large Marvel logo pin, which retails for $9.99. For more pictures and information on the whole collection, check out our article here.
While at The Emporium, we found a new stationary kit featuring Spider-Man for $24.99.
