PHOTOS: New Framing Installed at Reentry Tunnel to “The Grid” for TRON Lightcycle Run in Magic Kingdom

Construction is still moving along on TRON Lightcycle / Run in the Magic Kingdom. Crew members installed a new piece of framing for the reentry tunnel to “The Grid.” Take a look below.

Crew members utilized a crane to lift each piece of the frame into place.

Lighting is also still being installed around the canopy.

Here we can see the framed archway that has been added for ride vehicles to pass under on the reentry tunnel.

On the right-hand side, we can see a new arched structure, as workers ready more pieces that also look like they will frame the entry point.

  1. I’m so excited and happy for Tron: Lightcycle Run at the Magic Kingdom. I can’t hardly wait for the opening of Tron: Lightcycle run next year!
