Wait times are high around the park. It’s a hot day, so it’s no surprise that the water rides had long lines.

We made our way over to Universal Studios Florida next and found a few more changes and props added to the New York section of the park. We even spotted entertainment managers walking around the park. The scarezones are starting to take shape! Check out more photos of the HHN prep around the park in our post here.

The Tokyo food booths are open today. They don’t seem to be very busy, but we would definitely recommend the mochi sampler!

Wait times for attractions were very high late in the afternoon. E.T. Adventure had a 50 minute wait! Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts is usually busy, but it had a 115 minute wait when we passed through Diagon Alley.

All the potions and props from Eternelle’s were recently removed and it looks like many guests are using this space for their backpacks this afternoon.

The Summer Bites food stand in the back of the park was open today, finally. We were dying for some yucca fries, but they were out when we stopped by. They’re delicious, so we hope we can get them on our next visit. Read our review of this booth in our post here.

We noticed paper covering some of the windows in Hollywood and today there is a “Pardon Our Dust” sign. We’ll be interested to see what kind of enhancements take place.

The Bourne Stuntacular seems to be drawing quite a crowd! It’s a great show, but it’s also an excellent place to sit in the air conditioning and escape the rain.
