Welcome to another exciting day here at Universal Orlando Resort. We started our day off at Universal Studios Florida, so let’s see what’s happening today.
We stopped in to visit Bruce over at the JAWS photo op in San Francisco. He recently returned from a lengthy refurbishment with fresh paint and rubbery soft teeth, but his teeth haven’t held up well. Several of them are already ripped out along his bottom jaw. This is really disappointing to see.
Over at the Fear Factor LIVE Stadium, we noticed new rigging and lighting in the theater. Could this be potential Halloween Horror Nights preparation?
Over in the Williams of Hollywood Prop Shop, we spotted some mannequins from the Blue Man Group for sale. There are some interesting finds in here.
If you’re looking for a fake bacon cheeseburger, they’ve got you covered.
Banners and flags in several locations were wrapped up in preparation for Hurricane Elsa.
Over at Islands of Adventure, we found that Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure was testing out a new Virtual Line system. You can read more about it in our post here. It’s very chaotic around Hogsmeade with guests attempting to use the new Virtual Line system.
Meanwhile, VelociCoaster is at a 40 minute wait right around the corner.
We spotted a Team Member measuring along the new cage that was recently added to the bypass bridge.
Lines for restaurants are very short around the parks now. This is such a great sight to see after the crazy lines we’ve seen over the last few months.
That’s all for this visit to the Universal Orlando Resort. Thanks for joining us around the parks today, and be sure to keep following Universal Parks News Today for all the latest updates.
