For the 2021 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, several new marketplaces were added, including the Noodle Exchange! We’re excited to try this new booth, which has two pho dishes, curry and udon on the menu.

It’s too bad that Disney World doesn’t sell authentic pho or ramen or other such thing. You can get it in Orlando downtown, but it’s a long, painful ride.
