Dockside Diner Debuts New Menu Before August 22 Reopening at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Dockside Diner at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is reopening this Sunday, August 22. As suspected, a new menu has debuted in advance. The hot dogs and nachos are long gone, but some offerings remain on the menu, such as alcoholic and non-alcoholic shakes. Let’s take a look!

The hot dogs, nachos, and sandwiches have been replaced with two different salad rolls, and a smoked fish dip as the restaurant leans into its theming.

  1. This sounds like a great quick service option! At first I was like “what is Dockside Diner??” Then I realized once you said they had hot dogs, etc. I had always passed over it. Looking forward to this new menu!

  2. I will miss the old food. Nothing says YUM on a hot, steamy Florida day like smoked fish dip. (Blech) or a seafood roll made with mayo. Normally that food doesn’t bother me, but fish + heat does not make me want to buy it.
