Welcome to another exciting day here at the Universal Orlando Resort. Halloween Horror Nights is just days away and we can already feel the excitement. Let’s take a look at what’s happening at Universal Studios Florida today.
Food booths have popped up around the park and there are several menus on display. The Beetlejuice themed kiosk is going to be offering one of our favorite HHN treats-Twisted Taters!
It’s a quiet morning around Universal Studios Florida. We’re in the slow season right now, but things will pick up once Halloween Horror Nights starts on September 3!
Just a creepy photo of the Good Guys boxes and a bird.
This Halloween collection is awesome. There are lots of unique accessories, but the bat wing glasses are by far our favorite piece here.
The crowds are low today over at Islands of Adventure, so no need for a Virtual Line for Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure. The attraction only had a 45 minute wait when we passed by this afternoon.
It was a little overcast and cloudy today, but we love these weekday crowds.
VelociCoaster was only a 20 minute wait. What a great day to be in the parks!
Camp Jurassic is currently closed for a brief refurbishment. You can read more details in our post here.
There’s a brand new beach towel available featuring the Universal Studios retro logo. We found this in the Islands of Adventure Trading Company and inside the Legacy Store for $27.
A new UOAP windbreaker is available in Toon Extra in Toon Lagoon for $60. There’s a lot of great merchandise available here and in the UOAP Lounge for Passholder Appreciation Days.
Inside the All Hallows Eve Boutique, we found even more new merchandise for Halloween. The Universal Studios Florida wall art might be our favorite. Check out this post for more photos and pricing details.
Thanks for joining us around the parks today. Be sure to stay tuned to Universal Parks News Today for all the latest updates from around the parks and for tons of coverage from Halloween Horror Nights 30!
Going to my first ever Halloween Horror Night on 9/25. Looking forward to seeing your reports about it before I go.
