This year, Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party was replaced by Disney After Hours Boo Bash. The first event took place this evening, and we are there to bring you complete coverage. Two of the Boo Bash exclusive treats are the Apple Ginger Dale Frozen Drink and Mocha Chocolate Chip from Golden Oak Outpost; let’s give them a try!

Apple Ginger Dale Frozen Drink – $5.99

The Apple Ginger Dale is very refreshing. However, the topping doesn’t come into play unless you get a spoon. This is more like an Icee while the other is more of a smoothie. It has a pronounced apple flavor with a strong ginger aftertaste. If you’re a fan of those flavors, we recommend this.

Mocha Chocolate Chip – $5.99

Frozen mocha topped with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and a sugar acorn

If you need a caffeine pick-me-up, this had a rich, strong mocha flavor. It was nice and thick. The sugar acorn is a cute fall decoration. We thought this was perfect for an August night.

Both drinks were very good, so if you’re looking for a frozen refreshment at BOO BASH, stop by Golden Oak Outpost.
