One of the new princess-inspired treats guests can try at Walt Disney World for World Princess Week is a new Jasmine mosaic cookie at EPCOT.

The mosaic cookie is available at Oasis Sweets & Sips in the Morocco Pavilion.

The cookie is printed with a mosaic design, with Jasmine on a white chocolate piece in the center.

This was an interesting treat. The cookie is not very sweet but is a good base for the other flavors.

The chocolate icing was good quality but too rich for us.

The apricot jam, which was pressed between two layers of cookie, tasted fresh and tangy. It definitely added the extra kick that the cookie needed.

The Jasmine piece was sweet.

Overall, this is a bit overwhelming on the tastebuds, but the rich chocolate and apricot taste better together than we imagined they would. We recommend this for anyone looking for an interesting princess week treat.
