Two new specialty cocktails are now available from Adorable Snowman Frosted Treats at Disney California Adventure. We tried both “It’s Chile-Lime Mango Margarita!” and “Pixar Pier Frosty Parfait with Blue Curaçao.” Both drinks are sweet, refreshing, and ideal for sharing.

Adorable Snowman Frosted Treats is located in Pixar Pier.

The quick service location serves a variety of treats.

The two new cocktails are tucked in the corner of the menu.

“It’s Chile-Lime Mango Margarita!” — $14

Nondairy Mango Soft-serve with Tequila, Chamoy, Chile-Lime Seasoning, and Diced Mango

While both cocktails are sugary, the “It’s Chile-Lime Mango Margarita!” was the less sweet of the two.

We recommend letting the drink settle a bit to mix the chili seasoning throughout. Otherwise, be prepared for overpowering seasoning.

Once mixed a bit — which didn’t take long in the sun — the seasoning works very well with the mango soft-serve and chunks.

We couldn’t taste the tequila, but some of it may have spilled out of the drink.

“It’s Chile-Lime Mango Margarita!” is refreshing on a hot day. It’s a large serving, so sharing is a good idea.

“Pixar Pier Frosty Parfait with Blue Curaçao” — $13

Nondairy Lemon Soft-serve with Blue Raspberry swirl and a splash of Blue Curaçao

We initially liked “Pixar Pier Frosty Parfait with Blue Curaçao” better than “It’s Chile-Lime Mango Margarita!” One-third of the way through we realized that it’s just too sweet.

The blue raspberry swirl overpowers everything, including the lemon soft-serve.

We were able to taste the blue curaçao in this drink.

If you like lemon and blue raspberry, give “Pixar Pier Frosty Parfait with Blue Curaçao” a try. Again, we strongly recommend sharing this cocktail with a friend.
