Disney Cruise Line Moves Dining Rotations to Navigator App

Dining rotations will now be listed on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App rather than printed on the Key to the World cards, as of October 1.

Guests aboard Disney Cruise Line ships will need to utilize the Navigator App for all dining information, including restaurant rotations, arrival times, table numbers, menus, and dress codes. This information will be found under the “My Plans” section of the application.

Servers will ask to see the app when guests arrive to dine in order to seat the guest at their assigned table.

If you are unable to use the Navigator App, Guest Services can provide assistance.

  1. Great. So, now I am going to be even more tethered to my phone on a vacation where I used to be able to get away from it! Being able to put that thing in the stateroom vault and leave it there the whole week used to be one of the best things about the cruise.

  2. One of the many joys of my previous cruises was the ability to put my phone in the cabin safe until disembarking. Free from the stressors of email and feeling like I had been released from my electronic leash. Alas, it appears those days are over. I hope Disney finds another option before my next cruise….

  3. Wow. Don’t they care that guests want to unplug on vacation? I hate having to carry the phone everywhere when I’m on vacation; I want to unplug!
