New Walt Disney World Annual Passes Now Available

Walt Disney World Annual Passes are once again available for purchase both online and at the parks. Unlike when Disneyland Resort launched their new Magic Key pass program last month, there is currently no wait to purchase passes online.

At the Transportation and Ticket Center, guests can purchase a new Annual Pass at the ticket booths.

  1. Can’t even get through to the AP phone number for over an hour now. Just get an automated message from the phone company “all circuits are busy, please try again later” and it hangs up on you. If you try the Disney World Live Chat help they tell you to keep trying the phone number. This is a little ridiculous.

    • That usually happens when there lines are exceeding their Cast Members capacities, they are working really hard and long hours already they have to add a cap somewhere. If you go to MyDisneyExperience you can also purchase your pass through there and purchase add ons as well. Goodluck!

    • You must enter the park you made reservations for first. Then after 2pm (with covid restrictions in place) this is the time you can begin to park hop to any other park without a reservation. Hope this helps!

  2. I was on hold for 7.5 hours last night. The first couple of tries went nowhere because of incorrect phone prompts (apparently “DVC” no means “Disney Vacation Cruise” instead of “Disney Vacation Clup”….and when asked if you are a Florida resident, the system won’t take “no” for an answer).

Finally got through to the 1st stage cast member who determines where your call should ultimately go…but couldn’t get to the ticket department to convert my existing single tickets to an annual pass. Was promised a call back by 11 pm EST. Never happened.

Called again at 7am EST (6:59am to be exact) got to 1st stage again. Told to wait to get to the ticket department was 20 minutes and was asked if I wanted to wait or get a callback. knowing I wouldn’t actually be called back, I said I would wait on the line. That was 3.5 hours ago and still counting.

Very disappointed in the service level…more so for not following through with the callback. I understand they are swamped, but….

It’s almost easier to buy a PS5 than it is to get through to Disney Ticketing. :\
