Disney’s Contemporary Resort is in the midst of a massive overhaul both inside and out, but the latest sign of progress shows off a bit of the new look.

The elevators at the resort have reopened after a brief refurbishment, now sporting a new look inspired by the Contemporary’s unique architecture.

The building’s exterior is stylized in a matte silver look with a monorail running through it.

The remainder of the “building” is featured on an adjacent wall.

While the new design appears in some of the resort’s elevators, others still sport the old look, as seen below:

This is just the latest change to come to the resort. Recently, we learned that The Wave… of American Flavors would be replaced with a new restaurant, Steakhouse 71, while guest rooms are currently being re-themed to The Incredibles, with artwork inspired by the Pixar franchise spanning everything from the curtains to cabinets and drawers to the pillows. Still, with all of these changes, Disney’s Contemporary Resort is certainly living up to its name.
