When Creations Shop opens at EPCOT on September 15, we’ll finally get to see all of the shop’s original Mickey-inspired artwork. In addition to the “Mouse in Motion” mural, guests will get to enjoy a series of ten new “Mouse as Muse” sculptures. Walt Disney Imagineer Zach Riddley gave us a closer look at one of these sculptures on Instagram.

Each sculpture is 26 inches tall, one-of-a-kind, and designed by an Imagineer.

This first sculpture is inspired by Herb Ryman’s original EPCOT painting.

Here’s what the artist had to say about her piece: “This piece is an homage to the original EPCOT visionaries, to the designers, artists, Walt himself, and the heights to which they aspired. How motivating and spectacular that an enterprise of creators beginning with a simple, yet successful, sketch of a mouse could evolve and grow and thrive so far as to set in motion a plan to bring about an entire community centered around the ideas of creativity, ingenuity and imagination. This is a plan that lives on in the form of EPCOT, ‘community of tomorrow that will never be completed.’”
