The temporary Ghiradelli Soda Fountain & Chocolate Shop location has opened at Disney Springs as the permanent location closes for renovations.
Temporary Ghiradelli at Disney Springs
Ghiradelli takes over the former Sprinkles Cupcakes location in Town Center. Sprinkles closed permanently at the beginning of the year. The building then housed CrazyShake by Black Tap for three months.
A light-up Ghiradelli sign is above the door and standing menu signs are on the ground.
Inside, guests are greeted by a parrot mural reading, “Say gear-ar-delly!”
There are paper menus to pick up, or guests can see the menu on video screens above the registers. Candy bars are next to the door and registers.
A Ghiradelli sign is on the wall behind the register. The queue railing is now blue, matching the blue Ghiradelli logo and decals on the walls.
Order pickup is at the end of the counter.
There are more pre-packaged sweets and merchandise at the end of the queue. A Ghiradelli photo and graphics adorn the walls.
A station near the patio doors is dedicated to water cups, utensils, and napkins.
Another light-up Ghiradelli sign is on the wall above the patio.
The patio features the same concrete benches the location has always had. Small circular white tables and black chairs, plus a few larger square tables are lined up along the benches.
They have blue umbrella shades.

All the same sundaes as the regular location are available at the temporary store.

Ghiradelli Renovation
The permanent Ghiradelli location in the Disney Springs Marketplace has operated since 1996. The renovation will add to the spot’s indoor seating, help reduce wait times, and add some unannounced surprises for guests. It will reopen in spring 2027.

We look forward to continuing to serve guests at our temporary location in Town Center during this transition and unveiling an updated space in 2027.”
