Signage has appeared for the temporary Ghiradelli Soda Fountain & Chocolate Shop location at Disney Springs. Ghiradelli’s permanent location will soon close for renovation.

Temporary Ghiradelli Location

Ghiradelli will temporarily take over the former Sprinkles Cupcakes location. Sprinkles closed permanently at the beginning of the year. The building then housed CrazyShake by Black Tap for three months.

Ghiradelli signs are above the front door and side exit. The location is in the Town Center section of Disney Springs, across from Frontera Cocina.

Ghiradelli has occupied its Marketplace storefront since 1996. The upcoming renovation will add to the spot’s indoor seating, help reduce wait times, and add some unannounced surprises for guests. It will reopen in spring 2027.

“Disney Springs has been a cherished home for Ghirardelli for nearly 30 years, and we are proud of the magical chocolate memories we’ve helped create for guests from around the world,” said Lacey Zane, Vice President of Restaurant & Retail at Ghirardelli Chocolate Company. “Our longstanding relationship with Disney is an important part of that story, and this next chapter allows us to thoughtfully evolve the space while honoring its legacy. We look forward to continuing to serve guests at our temporary location in Town Center during this transition and unveiling an updated space in 2027.”
