Taking a cue from Awesome Mix Vol. 2, the theme of the pavement work that’s been underway outside Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT seems to be “Come a Little Bit Closer.”

With most of the work appearing complete at the triangular courtyard, attention is now being focused directly behind it, moving closer to the future attraction’s entrance and exit, where barricades have been set up.

Planks have been laid down on the far left of the entrance, with pavement work looking well underway further to the right. The courtyard planters seem to have been neatened up some, though it’s unlikely they’ll be filled with plants in the immediate future.

Still, construction looks to be moving steadily to bring this new attraction to EPCOT.
