Earlier this year, Disney advertised a new, one-of-a-kind merchandise display coming to World of Disney at Disney Springs. Most of that display has now been installed at the shop, so we stopped by to take a look.
The atrium is filled with 50th anniversary merchandise and dressed up for the occasion.
Banners representing all four parks hang from the upper level.
Artwork for the “World’s Most Magical Celebration” is displayed on the merchandise racks.
Back further into the store, a wing is dedicated to the 50th merchandise collections, and a large 50th logo is displayed.
An animation is projected on the back wall for the celebrations. Watch the video below to see the short cycle.
It may not look exactly like the concept art, but only a few major elements are missing. We’ll check back closer to October 1 since that was the original launch date for the collections.
