*NEW* Roasted Lamb Spit – $10.99

The lamb is the best option here. It is thinly shaved and delicious.

The Coca-Cola barbecue sauce is fantastic. Paired with the lamb, it is a winning combo.

We like the barbecue sauce so much, we even dipped the bread in it.

*NEW* Severed Ribs – $11.99

The ribs are awful. They are dry, making it difficult to to get the meat off the bone. The barbecue sauce is the saving grace here. We recommend slathering it on if you dare try these ribs.

*NEW* Grandmaw’s Skeleton Tray (Vegan) – $10.99

plant-based sausage and chick’n with sliced garlic pickles and white bread

This vegan option is delicious!

The vegan sausage is great. It reminds us of the vegan bratwurst from Mardi Gras 2021 International Flavors of Carnaval.

A nice portion of chick’n rounds out the tray.

The pickles are nice, too, with crispiness and a slight dill taste.

*NEW* Leather Face Cherry Pie – $5.99

We love the Leather Face Cherry Pie! It reminds us of a better version of a Pop-Tart. The crust is flaky and thick. The cherry filling is outstanding. Also: you can’t beat a pie with a face! We highly recommend this dessert.

*NEW* Texas Heat Margarita – $14.99

El Jimador Blanco Tequila and blue curaçao with agave nectar, lime juice, Hella smoked chili bitters, and tamarind served over ice and sprinkled with Tajín in a souvenir cup

texas-heat-margarita-3-5806267

This is one of the better pre-mixed margaritas.

However, it doesn’t live up to its name. The Texas Heat Margarita is slightly sweet, not hot.

  1. The Margarita was terrible!! Tasted like 90% apple sour mix. Just nasty. I’m not 21 anymore. A decent margarita for $14+ is not too much to ask for. The pie could have been warmed! And what is up with the plain white bread? Why in the world would anyone want that? It could have at least been Texas Toast.
