PHOTOS: Lightning Lane Signage Added to Some Disney’s Hollywood Studios Attractions

Lightning Lane signs are beginning to replace FastPass+ signs throughout Walt Disney World. New Lightning Lane signage recently appeared at the Magic Kingdom and EPCOT. Lightning Lane signs are now popping up at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror wait time sign now has a Lightning Lane directional arrow.

The Hollywood Tower Hotel gate does not yet have a Lightning Lane sign. Some Disney’s Hollywood Studios attractions have had FastPass+ signs removed.

In Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run has seen its FastPass+ sign removed.

We expect Lightning Lane signage to appear here and on other Disney’s Hollywood Studios attractions over the coming days.

Lightning Lane, which is part of Disney Genie+, replaces the complimentary FastPass+ service, which allowed guests to skip the line at select attractions. Guests will pay an upcharge to use Lightning Lane when it debuts.

  1. question. to be honest about the entire matter, should it not be called the “i can afford the magic more than you can lane?”

  2. And this is how Disney World dies not with thunderous applause but with paying for any magic that was what set Disney apparent. Most star wars fans will get this. Just sucks!
