As the ten-minute show kicks off, Sergio lays out a rope to mark out his “stage,” blowing a whistle in time with the music.
During the show, he encourages audience participation, particularly from children.
As we previously mentioned, Sergio is also a skilled juggler, and quite adept at balancing a ladle on his head. (It goes nicely with the chef’s hat.)

Many props are used in the performance, including these yellow balls. At this point, a child is selected to help catch these balls, which have previously been thrown into the crowd.
And with a few triumphant poses, the performance ends.
Shows are performed Tuesdays through Saturdays at 11:50 a.m., 12:35 p.m., 1:20 p.m., 2:15 p.m., 3:10 p.m., 3:50 p.m., and 4:40 p.m. But if you can’t make it to EPCOT, you can see Sergio’s full act in our video below!
