We recently reviewed the 50th Anniversary Celebration Fiesta Pyramid, a massive chocolate dessert we deemed the best of the festive offerings. Now, the chocolatiers behind the confection, David Ramirez Chocolates, have shared a behind-the-scenes video making the elaborate treat.
The pyramid shape is made by filling a custom mold with chocolate. The short video shows a montage of the entire process, including the decorating.
David Ramirez Chocolates is based in Central Florida. You can watch their full video below.
The 50th Celebration Pyramid is available at San Angel Inn Restaurante and La Hacienda in the Mexico Pavilion at EPCOT. It feeds 3-5 people for $34.
