Our next 50th anniversary food reviews come from Sunshine Seasons at EPCOT, where guests will find a mini chocolate bundt cake and a lemon chiffon cake, both decorated for “The World’s Most Magical Celebration.”
Mini Chocolate Bundt Cake – $5.49
Mini chocolate Bundt cake with chocolate ganache, sprinkles, and icing dusted with EARidescent shimmer and chocolate 50th anniversary garnish
This is a light and fluffy cake. The chocolate is a little overpowering, however.
The EARidescent sprinkles add a nice crunch to the soft texture of the cake.
It still makes for a delightful dessert.
Lemon Chiffon – $5.49
Lemon chiffon cake with blueberry mousse
This one is also incredibly light and fluffy. The lemon comes through in every bite without being too much. The celebratory plate helps make the presentation great, too.
The blue icing on top is a sweet vanilla.
Overall, this is a great cake to celebrate with, and we prefer it over the bundt cake.
