Raspberry Almond Cheesecake – $5.99

Raspberry cheesecake with a rose-gold champagne-infused glaze on an almond cookie (gluten friendly)

The cheesecake definitely has hints of raspberry, but we would compare the texture to something like a whipped cheesecake or a thick panna cotta.

The subtle raspberry flavor somehow overpowers the cheesecake flavor. The champagne glaze adds a slight sweetness to each bite.

The almond cookie was almost nonexistent. Possibly it was too softened from the cheesecake.

The base was extremely watery on the inside and underneath the board.

This didn’t taste bad but the consistency of the cheesecake itself, as well as the watery cookie, threw us off. We would pass on this dessert from now on.

  1. I couldn’t disagree more! It’s a lighter cheesecake with more air in it. But the raspberry and cheesecake flavors are equally present be and delightful. The almond cookie base was delish, but small. And that champagne sparkly goodness on top was practically magical in flavor, texture and appearance.
