Adding to the list of new seasonal offerings at Universal Orlando Resort – we tried the new Pumpkin Hummus at Confisco and it did not disappoint.
Pumpkin Hummus – $9.95
“Savory pumpkin hummus, toasted pepitas, pomegranate seeds, charred pita and lavosh”
Universal is known for switching up their hummus flavors and we haven’t been disappointed yet. The Pumpkin Hummus has a very strong pumpkin flavor with a hint of spice. The pomegranate seeds and pepitas add a nice crunch and texture.
It’s served with a crispy lavosh and soft pita bread on the side and both are perfect. We highly recommend this new fall snack.
