UPDATE: Guests May Only Pre-Register for Disability Access Service for Visits On or After November 1

After the initial announcement that the new self-selection program for the Disability Access Service would begin alongside Disney Genie on October 19, Disney has released an update. The new update states that only eligible guests visiting on or after November 1 are currently able to participate in pre-registration.

To pre-register, visits must be within 2 – 30 days of the video call. After registration, guests will be able to select up to two one-hour return windows for select experiences with the new advance planning tool.
