Good morning from a merry and bright EPCOT! Christmas decor has arrived a little early this year, so we’re decking the halls of the Spaceship Earth ball!
Garlands, trees, wreaths, and more are all around the park.
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind receives more paint on the arms of the attraction building as it appears to be patched.
Construction at Journey of Water is taking shape as the piles of dirt are excavated.
A patch of concrete at Liquid Layer just before the walkway to Test Track has been redone.
New Fuel Rod stations arrived at Mission Space Cargo Bay, Test Track Simporium, and The Seas.
A sterling platinum “Partners” castle necklace from CRISLU is now available at Creations.
The Walt Disney World park maps water bottle we previously found in white is now available in a coral red variety.
Cream and soft blue Walt Disney World Mickey Mouse logo loungewear we previously spotted in Disneyland has us feeling cozy. The tops and bottoms are both $49.99 each.
Creations popcorn stand is now giving their popcorn refills in blue paper bags instead of the usual red, or now 50th anniversary, boxes
Living with the Land installed small, pebbled up lights on the sandy ground in the attraction for the annual Holiday overlay.
Desserts in the case at Sunshine Seasons are no longer individually prepackaged. Tissue paper and plates are back in the case.
Port of Entry in world showcase promenade received more Vault merchandise as well as holiday decor.
A new PhotoPass button is out at the Christmas tree at the entrance to World Showcase.
A new collectible coin kiosk is inside of Disney Traders. The coins are the same styles that have previously replaced Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort’s 50th anniversary collectible medallions.
Patchwork painting has been done on the blue wall at the walkway to The EPCOT Experience.
Stanchions were out at the Anna and Elsa sighting in Norway to help control the growing crowds.
A new light-up Minnie and Mickey Mouse “Italia” car ornament is available at Il Bel Cristallo for $19.99.
A lantern-lit tree sits in front of the Hops & Barley booth at The American Adventure pavilion.
The fountain at the France pavilion is drained and off.
“Buche de Noel” and more scenes fill ornaments lining the walkway into the France pavilion.
“Believe in yourself” Toy Story Alien, Grumpy “Mood,” “Part Time Beast” Beauty and the Beast, and “I’m so fly” Peter Pan shirts line the walls at World Traveler. The shirts are $24.99 each.
On our way out of the park, the directional signs near the park exit and The Seas have been changed from “Future World” to “World Discovery” and “World Nature” to reflect the new names for the neighborhoods.
