Greetings from the Universal Orlando Resort. It’s a beautiful November day here in Florida, so we’re ready to explore the parks and see what’s new. Let’s check out what’s happening at Islands of Adventure first.

When you’re walking through Port of Entry at Islands of Adventure, keep your eyes open for roaming characters.

We found Sam-I-Am and the Grinch meeting on the side of Honk Honkers in Seuss Landing. Soon we’ll be seeing a different Grinch roaming the land and we can’t wait!

Me Ship the Olive recently reopened in Toon Lagoon so we decided to stop in and enjoy the views and squirt some unsuspecting victims on Popeye and Bluto’s Bilge Rat Barges. You can take a closer look at the reopened play area in our post here.

You can get some great photos from the second level of Me Ship the Olive.

You couldn’t ask for better weather in November. Every photo looks perfect with this bright blue sky.

A Team Member gave us a tour at the VelociCoaster and we were able to see the coaster from a completely different angle. We even saw the raptor claw marks on the walls near the coaster track in the paddock.

The All Hallows Eve Boutique has HHN candles for 50% off. Hopefully you like plastic and popcorn, because these are the only two scents left.

Just a quick lunch at Confisco Grille before heading to Universal Studios Florida. The Ahi Tuna Nachos are one of our favorite dishes here.

The latest UOAP perk has arrived. The new passholder magnet for the holidays is now available at the UOAP Lounge and Toon Extra at Islands of Adventure. And don’t forget to pick up both of this month’s buttons while you’re at Universal Studios Florida.

The frame for the Holiday Tribute Store is slowly taking shape. We can’t wait to see what the entrance facade looks like when it’s completed.

Crowds weren’t bad and most of the wait times were very short.

Christmas decorations have been added around London and Diagon Alley. It’s the perfect day to enjoy a stroll around the Wizarding World for some holiday cheer.

The Hogwarts Express King’s Cross Station was at a 55 minute wait. Looking at the line, it was going to be a solid 55 minute wait. Just over the crowds, you can see some Christmas decorations by the trunks.

Thanks for joining us today around the Universal Orlando Resort. We’ll be back again soon, so be sure to keep following Universal Parks News Today for more updates.
