This Coconut-Pineapple Cake is way better than the upside-down cake at Aloha Isle in Magic Kingdom.

It’s a soft, moist cake that delivers on both the coconut and pineapple flavors.

The cake is topped with a refreshing and healthy portion of Dole Whip.

And the coconut shavings are the “sprinkles on top” of a great treat.
