More and more characters are appearing up-close again at Universal Orlando Resort. Whos have been freely walking around Seuss Landing for the holidays and we recently spotted Beetlejuice interacting with guests at Universal Studios Florida. We found more non-distanced characters in Universal’s Islands of Adventure.
On Marvel Super Hero Island, Captain America and Wolverine are no longer appearing at a distance. Guests can approach them to interact and take photos.
Betty Boop, Popeye, and Olive Oyl are also no longer confined to a roped-off area in Toon Lagoon.
Note that Olive Oyl was wearing a mask. Masks are currently optional for fully-vaccinated Team Members, so you may spot some characters wearing them and some going maskless.
