Jurassic World VelociCoaster did not open until about 11:00 a.m. today, November 4, 2021, at Universal’s Islands of Adventure.

Team Members were blocking access to the attraction and the bridge was closed off this morning.

Guests were waiting in a crowd to ride the coaster.

The nearby Discovery Center was also closed.

Empty ride vehicles were cycling across the coaster track.

Though the attraction has been closed for various reasons before, we had never seen the bridge and Discovery Center closed because of it.
