For the first time ever, Disney Parks has cast culturally diverse actors to play Santa Claus. TikTok user rozyqueenofcups shared a video of Santa on Main Street, U.S.A. during Disney Very Merriest After Hours. The parade featured a Black actor as Santa Claus.

Hate to break it to you but st Nicholas was Turkish and would have had very dark skin more dark then white Santa lol
What explanation do you give most children who have always known/believe Santa is/as white? Not a racist asking, just wondering. Also curious as to why Disney always caters to the minority in regards to race/sexual/wokeness of park attendees. Anyone who goes to Disney knows that mostly white people and people from other countries make up the majority.

Santa is magic. He can be whatever race or ethnicity he wants to be. I’d like to think he even changes it to match each country he visits along his yearly route.
