Walt Disney once said, “I only hope that we never lose sight of one thing — that it was all started by a mouse.” Thankfully, the world has never forgotten Mickey Mouse, and now fans can celebrate “the big cheese” with a new line of apparel at Walt Disney World.
The small line by Our Universe features a fashionable tribute to Mickey in a variety of designs. Let’s take a look!
Mickey Mouse “The One and Only” Our Universe Button-Down Shirt — $64.99
Mickey, rendered in his classic look, stars on this long-sleeved, button-down shirt.
The back of the shirt, which has both dark blue and light blue sections, reminds us that Mickey is “the one and only.”
The front is more understated, with only a corner boasting a red “M” and the number 28, which references 1928, the year Mickey first appeared in theaters with the cartoon “Steamboat Willie.”
Mickey Mouse Our Universe Jacket — $79.99
For another look inspired by the main mouse, this jacket has “Mickey” across the front in block letters in a varsity-style.
The light blue sleeves also have the number 28.
Pockets are found on the left and right sides of the jacket.
Though it’s very subtle, the interior lining of the jacket is quilted.
“There’s Only One Mickey Mouse” Our Universe T-Shirt — $36.99
Finally, this light yellow t-shirt reminds us that “there’s only one Mickey Mouse.”
