A new holiday drink is available at Barefoot Pool Bar at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort.

Barefoot Pool Bar is next to the Lava Pool, behind the Great Ceremonial House.

There weren’t signs for the new drink but it’s called the Gingerbread Cookie.

Gingerbread Cookie Drink – $14

Vodka, Godiva chocolate liquor, gingerbread syrup, and vanilla ice cream

It may not look like ice cream, but we could clearly taste a dash of it. This is actually a pleasant drink. We worried about the sweetness but everything is well-balanced.

The vodka and Godiva liquor are present but not the taste of alcohol is not overwhelming. The slight sweet spice from the gingerbread and creaminess from the ice cream hit just right.

We were actually able to pinpoint each ingredient from the list. And it all comes together when you get a bit of graham cracker in each ship.

This was delicious and we would get it again.
