Drury Hotels announced they will be opening their first Walt Disney World property on October 27, 2022.

The Drury Plaza Hotel will have 604 rooms, with the first phase of 264 rooms opening this fall, and the rest opening in spring 2023. 17,000 square feet of meeting space will also be completed by next spring.

Hotel amenities include a resort-style pool, splash pad, poolside dining, The Kitchen + Bar, a 24-hour business center, and a 24-hour fitness center.

The general manager will be Tom Drury. It will employ 150 full-time and part-time employees.

This is the company’s second Orlando property, the first being Drury Inn & Suites near Universal Orlando Resort.
