The El CapiTOON Theater is coming together at Disneyland. This “theater” will be the entrance façade to Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway.

The façade juts out from the warehouse-like show building.

The shape of the front entrance awning and tower are clearly visible over construction walls.

We saw crew members working on the roof during our most recent visit.

Red steel has been installed all over the structure, enclosing the corrugated metal roof and other elements.

A makeshift railing is made out of wooden posts and wire, for the safety of the crew.

Tarp and red netting can be seen further back on the roof of the theater.

A façade is also being developed on the warehouse building.

Steel crisscrosses over the side of the building.
