BoardWalk Bakery on Disney’s BoardWalk is now serving a “doodle” muffin, named for the snickerdoodle cookie that it’s inspired by.
Doodle Muffin – $3.99
This is simple but delicious. It’s a vanilla muffin cake covered in cinnamon sugar.
The cake is moist, soft, and not too sweet. The sweetness comes from the cinnamon sugar instead.
With the sweetness and a slight crunch, the sugar makes this treat well-rounded.
It does taste just like a snickerdoodle cookie.
The texture is excellent and the taste is wonderful.
We would highly recommend grabbing a doodle muffin on your next trip by the bakery.
