‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ Swings to $1.53 Billion at the Global Box Office

“Spider-Man: No Way Home” continues to dominate the global box office, reaching a total of $1.53 billion in four weekends. It is now the number eight movie of all-time, surpassing “The Avengers,” “Avengers: Age of Ultron,” and “Frozen II.”

Its international box office total is now $867.5 million, all without opening in China. It opened in Japan this weekend to $11.8 million, surpassing both of the previous films in the franchise.

At the end of December, it became Sony’s highest-grossing film of all time.
