A lengthy survey distributed to guests with reservations aboard the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser has asked a number of questions about guests’ commitment to their Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser reservation, incluidng whether will participate in the themed activities, whether they will wear costumes, and more as the immersive two-night experience prepares to launch at Walt Disney World.
The first question, multiple choice, asks why guests booked in the first place, giving reasons from being a fan of “Star Wars” to “It’s something new to do at Walt Disney World Resort”.
Second, the survey asks about guests’ commitment to their reservation and whether they are considering cancelling their voyage aboard the Halcyon.
Reasons for why guests may not be as committed are included, such as changes in mask policy, securing time off, monetary reasons, reviews, and others.
Next, guests are asked where their Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser voyage fits within their vacation to Florida and Walt Disney World.
There are a few boilerplate questions, like who they are planning to travel with. Rooms are not sold for individual guests.
Two interesting questions ask whether guests will wear costumes aboard, and how actively they plan to participate in the interactive story elements of the voyage.
Following, guests are asked how their Halcyon voyage is affecting their trip plans as a whole.
Finally, guests are asked some boilerplate demographic questions along with their mode of transportation for boarding and leaving the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser, and how many in their travel party will experience it.
As questions continue to arise about the value of the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser’s high price tag, it’s interesting to see Disney themselves collect some data before the guest experience begins. Voyages begin March 1 aboard the Halcyon, so stay tuned for full coverage here on WDWNT.

Wouldn’t it have been better if they asked about that before they spent all the money to build it?
With the enormous price tag, the costume should be in the price already. This is going to be disneys greatest failure yet. Disney is great with scripting everything and peoples behavior on board is going to be unpredictable.
I suspect anyone willing to spend that kind of money on a Star Wars themed experience already has plenty of cosplay clothing.
So the complete experience is 45 hours at a price starting around $5000, you will probably be sleeping 14 hours of that. This gives you 31 hours to experience the trip minus the 5 hours you will be spending at Hollywood Studios. This gives you around 26 hours to enjoy the ship. Have fun.
