The Cultural Representative Program is officially returning to Walt Disney World this August, though no specific date has been announced.
The program will return in phases, with participants from select countries whose 2020 program was shortened or canceled now being offered the opportunity to apply. All participants from a 2020 program received an email this morning informing them of their current status and next steps.
View the official announcement in the Instagram post below.
The Germany, Norway, Italy, France, UK, and Canada pavilions at EPCOT will be the first to see Cultural Representatives return.

I Love this. THIS IS EPCOT. THIS IS WORLDSHOWCASE, its what makes it soo speciel and fun. I miss meeting these people. Also the France pavilion should finally taste good again.. :)
This is the best news ever! My favorite thing about Epcot is interacting with cast members from around the world. When I was there in October, it just wasn’t the same with everyone being American.
