EARidescent Annual Passholder Magnet Now Available at Disney Springs

A new complimentary magnet for Walt Disney World Annual Passholders is now available at Disney Springs. As previously announced, the magnet will be available via virtual queue through March 30, between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily.

Passholders must sign-up for the virtual queue in the My Disney Experience app. It will be available starting at 9:00 a.m. and additional availability may open throughout the day. The app shows an estimated wait time. We were in group 26 on the morning of March 2 with an estimated wait of 105 minutes.

When the green bar is full and it says “You’re ready to enter,” you can head to Disney’s Wonderful World of Memories. You have one hour, until the time indicated (12:20 for us), to pick up the magnet before losing your place in the virtual queue.

Clicking “View Entry Code” shows a QR code, although the Cast Members did not end up scanning this at the store.

At the beginning of the physical queue, they scanned our Annual Pass.

Before picking up the magnet, they double-checked our pass and ID.

The magnet features Mickey and Minnie, in their animation style from the newer Mickey Mouse shorts.

They are in the Walt Disney World “D” logo, which is sparkly and EARidescent for the 50th anniversary.

“Walt Disney World” is on the left side and “annual passholder” is on the bottom.

  1. We were there March 2 at approximately 5:00 as we were leaving DS. Approached cast member. Showed my pass holder card….Quote: “no I need your phone”. Many days when on VACATION I do not carry my phone. Next question: “how about your wifes phone “? No again…. then passed me off to another cast member. She asked for my e-mail, which I gave her. Explained I would get a time sent to me when I could return and get “The Magnet”…..Are you kidding me!!!!! Disney needs help. (By the way I never got the time to return.). Why not just mail them like you used to!!!!!! No that would be too easy…..just another Disney disappointment….

  2. Just another Virtual line that keeps you around for hours. It was soooo much easier before. Never waited more than 5 minutes to get a magnet.

  3. I agree!!! Why make us go wait in a line and make us have to hang around Disney Springs for hours! Shame on you for doing this, Disney!!! Seriously you should give us an option to pay shipping to get our annual magnets – especially now!!! Have you seen the resale price on E-Bay! Why!!!!!

  5. Disappointment personified..I couldn’t wait for the envelope to arrive.. it did.. with only the exchange card.. NO info on why no magnet or instructions .. all pass holders should receive a magnet.. now I won’t get one..
Cant get there til end of May.. shame on you Disney.. I am a first time purchaser of an annual pass…

  6. I’m surprised you didn’t mention the special AR feature of this magnet. I think it’s magnificent!

  7. Why only give Pass holders 1 month to claim our magnets? I’m not from the Orlando area and will not return to Disney till mid April. What’s the deal?
