New York Real Estate Firm Purchases Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek at Walt Disney World

Today, New York-based real estate giant Tishman bought the 400-room Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek for $120.5 million.

The listed buyer was Bonnet Creek Hotel Owner LLC, whose address traces back to Tishman.

The hotel joins other Disney-area Tishman properties, the Walt Disney World Swan, and Dolphin resorts, among many others in the region. Tishman opened the Swan Reserve hotel late last year.

The Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek hotel deal comes nearly a year after the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort sold for $610 million.

  1. We stayed there in November of 2021 for our 26th wedding anniversary. It was a nice place, but nothing exciting about the property. Kind of seem worn down and dated when we were there. Of course, there is that little think know simply as “The Pandemic”.

  2. Yes it was a fantastic place to stay with children. Large 2,3 and 4 bedrooms with full kitchens. Great common areas with picnic areas with grills to cook outside. Many pools with restaurants and bars.

  3. Wow, so I guess this means I will not be able to use my Wyndham rewards there anymore. I hope not as we love this property and were going to be staying there again

  4. Stayed at this location a few years back. Management of the property was terrible. They lost our luggage and took over 4 hours to finally deliver to our room. Not at all impressed with the property. Would never return.
