We tried the new Pretzel Bread Pudding from Sommerfest at the Germany Pavilion in EPCOT.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Pretzel Bread Pudding!
The sweet icing plus a bit of salt from the caramel complement each other nicely. We appreciated that the dish uses caramel sparingly.
We don’t get much of a pretzel taste coming through, save for a hint on that top crust.
The bread part of this dish is delicious. It reminds us of banana bread sans banana.
It was excellently prepared and had a pleasant, albeit mild, flavor.
Although this dish wasn’t what we expected when we ordered it, we were pleasantly surprised by it!

Tried the bread pudding today. It was more the texture of a quick bread or muffin but I didn’t care because it was absolutely delicious! Not too sweet and the bits of salt were perfect!
