Entrance and Bridge of Former Tarzan’s Treehouse Being Demolished at Disneyland

The entrance and rope bridge of the former Tarzan’s Treehouse at Disneyland will be demolished during its retheming.

The former entrance is currently covered in tan scrim. The bridge connects it to the rest of the attraction. Their demolition will help open up the Adventureland walkway.

Tarzan’s Treehouse closed unexpectedly — and permanently — in September of last year. The attraction’s new theme has not been announced, but it could be “Encanto,” drawing inspiration from Antonio’s jungle-themed bedroom in the film.

  1. Good, it takes up a ton of space. Really sounds like they are trying to open up that area as much as possible with Fantastic returning. First the removal of the steps in front of Rivers of America, now this.
