Permits Reveal Layout for New, Modern DVC Building, Pool, and More at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort

Thanks to Dan (Danlb_2000 of the WDWMagic forums), we have a look at the layout for the new DVC building coming to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort.

The permits reveal a layout of the new area, including a parking lot, pool, and water activity pool. The plans do not include an additional Monorail station for the resort.

Above is a look at how the layout may fit in with the existing resort buildings.

The new DVC building will have a modern look, as pictured in the concept art above.

The new wing is expected to open in 2024.

  1. At least it’s not affecting the walking path from Shades of Green. Not a bad way to get to TTC or even the pathway from GF to MK
